Accounts Assistant/Executive
Full-time AssociateJob Overview
- Handle Accounts Payable functions, including vendor invoice verification and payments processing.
- Handle intercompany transactions, including billing and reconciliation of balances, as well as overseas entity billing
- Prepare full sets of accounts and supporting schedules for subsidiaries and associated companies
- Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules for audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
- Support administrative and accounting-related matters as required
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and filing systems are maintained
- Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Team player with initiative and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge ABSS (MYOB) is preferred
- Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability would be an advantage
