Job Overview

  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including vendor invoice verification and payments processing.
  • Handle intercompany transactions, including billing and reconciliation of balances, as well as overseas entity billing
  • Prepare full sets of accounts and supporting schedules for subsidiaries and associated companies
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules for audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters
  • Support administrative and accounting-related matters as required
  • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and filing systems are maintained
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
  • Team player with initiative and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge ABSS (MYOB) is preferred
  • Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability would be an advantage
