Treasury Specialist (Senior Executive)

Our client, a leading Taiwanese manufacturer, is expanding its presence across the APAC region and is looking for a motivated Treasury professional to join their Singapore office. Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English is required for effective regional communication, while fluency in Vietnamese would be a valuable advantage.

Key Scope:

• Manage bank account operations (opening, signatories, KYC, internet banking)
• Oversee cash management & cash pool operations to optimize liquidity
• Support loan administration & fixed deposit placements
• Prepare and submit Treasury reports
• Initiate and process payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain treasury data and documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies & regulatory requirements
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and reconciliations
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
• 3 to 5 years of Treasury or cash management experience
• Prior experience of cash pool operations in Vietnam market / cross-border experience is a great advantage!
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in problem solving
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong command of Mandarin with fluency in English is required to support regional communications
• Fluency in Vietnamese would be a valuable plus in this role
• Only Singaporean / Singapore PR can be considered
