Job Overview
Exciting opportunities for permanent full-time, part-time and casual positions are available within Perioperative Services at Epworth Richmond.
You will be responsible for providing quality service with patient care, equipment handling and transport services while contributing to the overall performance of the operating suite.
You will make an impact by:
- Assisting clinicians and team members with patient preparation
- Preparing and maintaining operating suite equipment
- Providing safe patient transport within the operating suite and interdepartmental transfers

- Cert III or Cert IV Theatre Technician qualification
- Minimum 6 months theatre technician experience following qualification
- Clear understanding and use of medical terminology
- Understanding of, and ability to set-up medical devices / theatres
- Ability to work a rotating roster (mix of AM, PM, twilight, night and weekend shifts)
