The Role
We are looking for two enthusiastic, fully qualified Casual or PT chefs who are team players committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences for Epworth Healthcare’s patients, visitors, staff, VMO’s and special events. Attention to detail and pride in your work is a must.

You will work with a team of professionals under the guidance of the Head or Sous Chef to produce meals for patients who enjoy a-la-carte room service with dedicated waiting staff.

• Delivering high quality meals using fresh ingredients consistent with Epworth's vision, purpose and values
• Contributing to the effectiveness of the department and hospital  
• Focusing on providing excellent patient service experiences
• Following and promoting WH&S practices and staff wellbeing 

To be successful in this role…

You will have:

• Trade qualifications 
• Experience in 120+ pax meal service periods is preferred 
• Your own transport
• Good availability
