About the Role

Working across our dedicated Orthopaedic wards, you’ll care for patients undergoing:

  • Total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)
  • Complex spinal surgery
  • Trauma and fracture management
  • Sports orthopaedic procedures
  • Robotic-assisted surgical interventions

Your clinical expertise—and your empathy—will help guide patients through one of the most important transitions in their healthcare journey.

Our Orthopaedic Wards

You’ll join one of our specialised surgical teams across:

  • 6 LEE — 35 beds
  • 5 LEE — 37 beds
  • 3BE/4BE — combined 35 beds

Our wards are known for their supportive culture and commitment to delivering holistic, person-centred care, from pre-surgical education through to rehab and discharge planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong surgical nursing foundations
  • Orthopaedic experience (preferred, but not essential — we’ll support you to grow!)
  • A collaborative, safety-focused approach
  • A passion for helping patients recover, regain mobility, and return to what they love

Position Description   Inherent Requirements

The annual salary for a full time Registered Nurses – AUD $71,622 - $100,564 + super + entitlements depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
