Registered Nurse & Enrolled Nurse - Urodynamics

Epworth Freemasons is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with expertise in Urodynamics to join our specialist team on a part-time basis (0.4 EFT) at our East Melbourne campus. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded multidisciplinary team, delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment.

You will make an impact by:

• Providing a high level of nursing care to your patient during their theatre journey
• Assist the urologist or gynaecologist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Performing urodynamic studies
• Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients
• Monitoring the condition of patients during procedures and reporting changes

For you to be successful in this role:

You are a good communicator, flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients. Solutions-focused with the patient at the heart of all your decisions, you enjoy collaborating with a team of like-minded social theatre nurses.  Ability to work closely with urologists and other specialists to develop appropriate treatment plans. 

You will have:

• Relevant urodynamic experience
• Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
• Ability to work a Monday – Friday rotating roster (AM shifts)
