Join the dedicated Mental Health team at Epworth Camberwell as an experienced Registered Nurse. This part-time opportunity offers 22.8 hours per week and involves working a rotating roster, including night shifts.

Opportunities are available to develop your skills across a range of services, including Acute Inpatient Mental Health, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provision of compassionate, recovery oriented mental health care to patients, including support for families and carers
- Patient assessment and management of all clinical issues relating to the patient’s condition and treatment plan
- Liaison with all referring specialists and clinicians involved in the patient’s care
You will be a strong, committed mental health nurse, who is passionate about facilitating the very best outcomes for your patients and their families from admission to discharge in a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.
For you to be successful in this role you will bring the following:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 12 months mental health nursing experience
- Contemporary knowledge of best practice in acute or mental health nursing
- Strong communication, you have a supportive and engaging style that enables you to easily build rapport with patients and their families.
- Relevant recent experience in the provision of acute Mental Health care
- A thorough understanding of the principles of recovery-oriented care, mental state assessment, care planning and specialist care delivery.
