Their platform acts like a private tutor for students and a teaching assistant for teachers – already trusted by leading international schools in Europe and backed by recent funding.
They’re now looking for their first dedicated sales hire. This is a chance to join at ground level, build the sales playbook, and shape the company’s growth trajectory across the UK and Europe.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound sales with UK schools, British international schools, and multi-academy trusts.
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding.
- Build relationships with school leaders and decision-makers.
- Represent the business at UK & international EdTech conferences.
- Work directly with the founders to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
👩‍💻 Who You Are
- 1–3+ years’ experience in sales (SaaS, EdTech, or education solutions preferred).
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in schools or education groups.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus, but not essential for strong UK-based candidates.
- Above all, motivated by impact and excited to grow with a high-potential start-up.
