Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Virtual Assistant to support a growing law firm with billing management through Clio and direct communication with clients. The firm consists of approximately 15 attorneys, and the VA will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate billing and maintaining excellent client relations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and process billing through Clio Manage (time entries, invoices, payments).
Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients.
Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters.
Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed.
Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories.
Support administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and client portals.
