Senior Vibration Technician (Saudi Arabia)

We are currently seeking an experienced Vibration Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will performs basic data acquisition for critical and non-critical equipment’s in the PdM Program using a predefined route measurement with minimum supervision. Assists higher classified PdM technicians in insuring the readings are within the acceptable limits while performing analysis for common machinery faults and provide basic corrective actions. Visually inspect the machinery oil and collect reliable oil samples

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vibration analysis on rotating equipment to identify potential mechanical issues.
• Utilize measurement equipment to collect data and perform diagnostic evaluations.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement maintenance strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and advancements in vibration analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in vibration analysis and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Proficient in the use of vibration analysis software and tools.
• Highly recommended to take the following certifications
• • Vibration Analyst CAT II
• • Oil Analysis – Level 2 (ISO 18436-4)
• • Machinery Lubrication level II
• • Thermography level II
