Maintenance Planner (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a prominent Talent Acquisition Company in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for formulating, implementing, and overseeing maintenance strategies to ensure the effective operation of critical equipment and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operational teams to synchronize maintenance tasks with production activities.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, drive improvements, and reduce operational downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to support maintenance efforts.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff on maintenance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10+ years of Experience in SAP system PRC Proficiency, SAP system PRH Proficiency, Planning skills, Materials requisition, cataloging spare parts.
• Diversified experience in Oil, Gas, Refinery or Gas Power Plant.
• Diversified experience in Oil, Gas, Refinery or Gas Power Plant.
• Proficiency in using CMMS and SAP for maintenance scheduling and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate maintenance data and performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
