Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation within the Company, focusing on both products and processes.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Research current market trends and competitive analysis to inform innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of innovative projects.
- Monitor the progress of innovation initiatives and report findings to management.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate ideas, findings, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
- Engage with external partners and stakeholders to foster innovation collaborations.
- Support the development of a strategic innovation framework within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Start up experience in Saudi market.
- Understanding of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
