QA/QC Engineer - EPC Projects (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is actively looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer specializing in EPC Projects to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be an essential part of our mission to ensure that our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Your primary responsibilities will include the development and implementation of quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams to address quality issues that arise during project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections to ensure all engineering and construction activities comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and documentation for EPC projects.
• Coordinate with project management and technical teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures for quality-related issues.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project quality documentation and reports, including non-conformance reports (NCRs) and quality audits.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and quality standards related to EPC projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within EPC projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, industry regulations, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001) are an advantage.
