• Support Project Managers in managing finance of multiple projects.
• Coordination with vendors, Project team and finance team for timely receipt and posting of transactions.
• Budgeting and tracking the budget spend monthly, annually or complete life of the project.
• Find gaps if any between budget and actuals each month, ensure the gap is minimal.
• Attend Teams meetings with client, project manager and portfolio managers who are USA based.
• Attend late evening meetings/calls to accommodate time zone gap between India and USA.
• Work in flexible hours.
• Keep track of PO spent and resource time cost.
• Invoice to US client and managing AR.
• Book vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Resource allocation tracking.
