As AI Advisor in the EBOe AI Office, you will play a key role in operationalizing AI strategy, fostering AI literacy, and enabling responsible AI adoption across EBOe. You will work at the intersection of innovation, transformation, and governance—making AI tangible and valuable for our organization. Your mission: Empower EBOe to use AI responsibly and effectively by coordinating strategic initiatives, driving change, and supporting employees in their AI journey.

What to do:

• Coordinate and oversee AI projects within EBOe, ensuring alignment with Group AI strategy and local priorities.

• Support project leads with planning, tracking, and reporting of progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate collaboration between business units, Erste Digital, and the Group AI Office.

• Drive AI literacy programs through training, awareness campaigns, and practical guides.

• Develop and maintain AI adoption playbooks tailored to EBOe use cases.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams exploring AI opportunities.

• Design and execute change management plans for AI-related transformations.

• Support implementation of the Group AI Governance Framework and ensure regulatory compliance.
