Role location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose: As the Manager GRC, your role is to develop and implement a comprehensive Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) framework to protect the foundation’s interests, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust GRC framework, including policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize organizational risks.

  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Monitor and report on GRC performance and metrics.

  • Develop and maintain a compliance calendar to track regulatory deadlines and obligations.

  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses.

  • Collaborate with departments to embed a risk-aware culture.

  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.

  • Manage and coordinate incident response activities.

  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the organization in achieving and maintaining certifications (if applicable).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or equivalent.

  • 6+ years of proven experience in legal and GRC roles, preferably in the entertainment industry

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and methodologies.

  • Risk assessment and management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Project management skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
