Job Purpose: As the Manager Digital Products Operations , you will own the execution and delivery of web and mobile platforms across the organization. Act as the single point of contact for all website, app, and digital channel updates, ensuring content, activations, and product releases are delivered accurately, on time, and at scale. Drive predictable delivery, high-quality releases, and scalable platform foundations while partnering closely with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Agile Execution: Own and manage the product backlog for web and app platforms. Plan and drive sprint execution, prioritization, and release management within Agile delivery frameworks.
Requirements Definition: Define clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Design & Brand Adherence: Ensure all digital releases adhere to established UI/UX standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements, maintaining a consistent and premium user experience.
Quality Assurance: Lead and coordinate QA/LQA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), launch readiness, and post-release iteration activities.
Dependency Management: Manage complex cross-team and vendor dependencies to protect committed delivery timelines.
Operational Excellence: Ensure platform stability, performance, and uptime, particularly during peak event periods and high-traffic moments.
Content & Localization: Own coordination of content and localization delivery in partnership with content, marketing, and regional teams.
Analytics Instrumentation: Ensure comprehensive analytics instrumentation is embedded into all releases and activations to enable accurate performance measurement.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to delivery processes to increase predictability, execution confidence, and quality.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, product operations, or delivery-focused product roles.
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, owning backlogs, sprint planning, and release management.
Experience supporting high-traffic digital platforms or event-driven products is strongly preferred.
Experience in sports, gaming, entertainment, or live event ecosystems is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong expertise in Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume platform delivery and operational stability across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in defining technical product requirements, user stories, and managing QA/UAT cycles.
Solid understanding of analytics and event tracking concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
Highly organized, execution-driven, and comfortable operating under tight timelines and peak-event pressure.
