Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA for a job share opportunity at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This role offers full autonomy, strong compensation, and exceptional work-life balance with 25 weeks of coverage per year.
Position Highlights:
- $244,047 (1099) for 25 weeks of coverage
- CRNA-only facility with full scope, independent practice
- Anesthesia team of 6 CRNAs with 4 on-site daily
- Beeper call from home; 1:6 rotation with post-call day off
- Case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology
- New grads welcome
- Relocation assistance available
Qualifications:
- Board certified
