Content Writer & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly social media content (minimum 22 posts per month) aligned with GOSI objectives.
Write and adapt content across multiple touchpoints including social media, app content, brochures, SMS and push notifications.
Support programme awareness, partner offers and event-led campaigns through structured social media plans.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Ethos account team, design, customer service) and GOSI counterparts to ensure timely delivery of content and approvals.
Manage day-to-day project coordination, including timelines, content tracking and follow-ups, to ensure smooth execution across all deliverables.
Provide live and post-event content coverage for up to four (4) GOSI events per year (included within scope, unpaid).
Manage community management across social platforms, responding to comments and escalating issues to Customer Service when required.
Work closely with the wider GOSI and Ethos teams while operating as part of a dedicated on-site unit.
