Your role
As a Senior Project Manager, you are end-to-end responsible for the delivery of customer connections and take a leading role in optimizing our operations.
You will:
- Manage projects from A to Z, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Oversee and continuously improve the full project lifecycle: from site surveys and financial handling to construction, customer communication, and delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and translate these into concrete optimizations
- Implement and embed new tools, systems, and ways of working to increase efficiency and transparency
- Take ownership of project structures and drive standardization where possible
- Lead progress meetings with contractors and service providers, ensuring commitments are met
- Review and approve additional work and costs in line with budget governance guidelines
- Act as the central point of contact for customers, internal teams, contractors, and partners
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and improvement initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure complete and accurate delivery documentation
