Department
Within Operations, the Infrastructure department is responsible for making all client connections to the Eurofiber fiber-optic network. We take a project- and process-oriented approach that enables us to work reliably and efficiently.
Your role
As Supplier Manager, you are responsible for implementing (capacity, process, systems, knowledge transfer), monitoring and evaluating of contractual agreements with our subcontractors.
- Supplier assessment:
- Following up and evaluating all relevant aspects, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You coordinate the periodic evaluations between Eurofiber and subcontractors.
- You engage in dialogue with suppliers if it turns out that performance is not in compliance with the agreement and subsequently impose temporary measures to improve performance.
- You advise management regarding the selection and long-term use/up- and downgrading of suppliers.
- You initiate and coordinate changes in relation to operational contract agreements between Eurofiber and subcontractors.
- Customer relationship management
- Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers in order to secure an open communication channel and proactively address any issues
- Conducting regular supplier performance assessments and initiating improvements if necessary
- Risk management:
- Identifying and assessing risks and implementing measures to avoid these risks
- Internal collaboration:
- Working closely with internal departments, such as Purchase and Project Management, in order to optimize synergy and internal processes
