Job Overview

Role Summary

The QA officer will be responsible for ensuring that all apparel products across O5 Group’s brands meet the highest quality standards, customer expectations, and compliance requirements. This role will focus on managing vendor performance, and driving continuous improvement in product excellence — supporting O5 Group’s ambition to deliver consistent quality and strengthen its reputation in the global fashion market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively across Vietnam and Cambodia (covering more than 20 factories) to monitor production, work with suppliers, and ensure adherence to O5 quality standards.
  • Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and best practices aligned with O5 Group’s vision.
  • Manage O5 QC and Vendors’ inspection report to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee in-line and final inspections of apparel products across multiple categories (woven, knit, denim, activewear, outerwear, etc.).
  • Manage vendor compliance audits (AQL standards, social compliance, safety requirements).
  • Monitor factory performance through defect analysis, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action Plans), and vendor scorecards.
  • Communicate effectively and assertively with vendors and factories to address QA concerns, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to proactively resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure both delivery timelines and product quality standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare QA reports, trend analysis, and recommendations for senior management.
