Sales & Account Executive

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
As a Sales & Account Executive you will support and deliver business development activities including the management of incoming sales enquiries. You will also manage and develop identified customer accounts, strengthen customer relationships, maintain existing revenue streams and identify new opportunities.
Main Duties
- Respond and administer sales enquiries coming into the business primarily for the cosmetic category.
- Achieve annual revenue targets and KPIs including monitored sales activities including client calls and visits
- Build strong relationships and understanding for allocated customer accounts to respond and manage incoming enquiries effectively and efficiency
- Identify and action sales opportunities from existing and lapsed clients for new business revenue
- Build strong relationships and understanding for allocated customer accounts to maintain and forecast business
- Identify opportunities for growth and diversification from allocated customer accounts including the promotion of the full Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) offer
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Eurofins CPT network and lab capabilities
- Liaise with Eurofins intercompany partners to establish and confirm schedules and test options
- Ensure client project paperwork is returned and completed in a timely manner
- Deliver and support the client / project handover between the sales and technical services team
- Track all enquiries and key customer data in a timely, efficient and organised manner including the use of CRM.
- Provide a high level of internal and external customer care
- Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales and management teams
- Support in the planning and delivery of marketing, exhibition and event activity
- Attend as requested exhibitions and events
- Attend as required onsite client visits
