Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our Business Development team. The Business Development team are responsible for growing our new to brand client growth across the UK via strategic client verticals (Entrepreneurs, C-Suite, High-earning professionals, Charities, Divorce & Personal Injury).

You will play a key role in supporting the Business Development team to deliver against the new business strategy, helping to drive growth, build introducer relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Day-to-day activities include introducer and partner liaison, outreach and coordination, post event follow up, sales enablement, proposal preparation, and pipeline management.

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop, and progress into a Business Development Manager position.

As a Business Development Associate your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client segments to identify new opportunities
  • Lead Generation: Help identify and qualify prospects through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect/introducer interactions, leads, and opportunities
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, seminars, and webinars
  • Reporting & Insights: Support with the reporting of business development activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics
  • Learning & Development: Engage in structured training programs to build knowledge of wealth management products, compliance requirements, and sales strategies
