Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager at Everflow, you’ll play a central role in coordinating efforts across teams to bring new ideas to life—from ideation to launch and beyond. You’ll own projects end-to-end, prioritize initiatives that align with company OKRs, and ensure the product vision is clear and actionable for all stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll bridge strategy and execution to create meaningful value for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Everflow’s platform to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Capture and evaluate ideas and feature requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and product vision.
• Translate product requirements into clear specifications for design and engineering.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure successful feature releases.
• Define and implement workflows to guide team members and streamline collaboration.
• Continuously monitor product performance post-release and gather feedback to inform iteration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in product management or a comparable role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Jira (or similar project management tools).
• Functional knowledge of web development and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Developer experience preferred but not necessary.
• PMP or CAPM a plus.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD
