Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of IT technicians and support staff.
- Coordinate and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring high availability of systems.
- Manage and improve POS systems, order management platforms, reservation tools, and digital payment solutions specific to the restaurant business.
- Act as the liaison between IT and restaurant operations to ensure smooth technology integration.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation.
- Oversee IT support requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the rollout of new software or hardware across multiple restaurant locations if needed.
- Ensure network security, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide on-site support in Wilrijk, with possible visits to other branches if applicable. Requirements
