ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on sales force effectiveness projects like Field force sizing, Targeting, Alignment, Call planning, Incentive Compensation, Dashboard reporting for pharma clients
• Provide Incentive Compensation analytics support to clients and sales force Incentive • Operations (Plan Design, Goal Setting, IC administration, and IC reporting).
• Develop SQL queries based on business rules and develop Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs
• Facilitating data enabled decision making for clients by providing and communicating insights & recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Understand business requirements, operating business rules, data, and underlying processes to communicate results to clients.
• Understand Pharma commercial data sets like Patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, internal CRM data etc. and can triangulate data from multiple sources that drives commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with onshore team/client for day-to-day project activities and guide team, delegate tasks, and take accountability of end-to-end engagement management.
• Maintain process assets (SOPs, Checklists, BRDs, Process Maps etc.) and establish best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior team members for higher responsibilities
