Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Middle/Senior Node.js Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly skilled in backend development, thrives on solving complex problems, and can deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and eager to contribute both technically and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for performance and scalability.
• Integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and external services.
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and high-performing.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience with Node.js.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of system design for high-load applications.
• Open-source contributions or personal projects.
