Business and Systems Analyst
Job Overview
At Evertech, we are looking for a dedicated Business and Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective IT solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes through interviews, workshops, and research.
- Create detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development process.
- Facilitate the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- Analyze existing systems and processes, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct stakeholder training and support to ensure effective system usage.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in creating documentation such as business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in software development projects is a plus.
