Red Tiger is looking for a Head of QA to take full ownership of quality across the company.
You’ll lead the evolution of QA from a distributed, team-by-team activity into a unified, strategic function that guarantees excellence across every product we build. In the first six months, your focus will be on understanding — mapping how QA works today, analyzing gaps, and developing a comprehensive plan to restructure and modernize the organization. But that’s just the foundation. Your long-term mission is to establish QA as a core discipline and competitive advantage — a function that not only ensures reliability, but actively drives innovation, efficiency, and player trust. This role is a defining leadership position with a lasting impact on how Red Tiger builds, tests, and delivers games. What You’ll Do:
- Lead a company-wide review of QA practices, tools, and team structures.
- Define a unified QA vision, standards, and governance model.
- Build the framework for a high-performing QA organization (~30 specialists).
- Champion automation, CI/CD integration, and data-driven quality metrics.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to embed QA from concept to release.
- Continuously evolve the QA discipline — growing people, processes, and tools in line with Red Tiger’s ambitions.
- Represent QA leadership at the company level, ensuring quality is central to every strategic decision.
