Job Overview
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company's building and fix minor defects
- Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working on plant and facility technical systems
- Monitor and maintain lighting in all assigned facilities as needed
- Perform minor plumbing repairs as necessary
- Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required
- Perform basic cosmetic repairs, such as plastering works
- Repair building’s hardware equipment, such as doors, windows etc
- Dismantle, install and repair furniture when required
- Transport goods or equipment as assigned
- Provide or organize out of office hours support to the building systems according company`s SLAs
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facility Supervisor
