Job Overview
- Transport and carry goods or equipment as assigned.
- To provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company`s building systems and be able to fix minor defects, identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Dismantles and installs and repairs furniture if required.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, local wall painting, putty, replaces light bulbs, makes minor plumbing repairs etc.)
- Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working with the building technical systems.
- Performs basic electrical work and determines when a electrician is required.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the direct manager.
