This position relies heavily on interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to recruit best suitable candidates for the vacant role of entrée-level positions. Responsible for the administration of the recruitment procedure. Have in-depth knowledge of labor laws.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment projects
- Creatively leverage all potential channels to source top quality applicants
- Receive and manage job applications
- Organize interview and other selected recruitment tools
- Liaise with applicant and ensure a positive experience during selection process
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business
- Support TA team where needed to
- Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service
- Consult managers and employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures related to Recruitment
