Job Overview

Employee Support & Queries 

  • Act as a central contact point for employee questions (in person, email, phone or other channels). 
  • Provide guidance and directions on workplace processes, policies, and facilities. 
  • Assist with spare uniform requests, distribution, and stock control. 

Operational Support 

  • Track and manage relevant operational signalling requests within the team’s scope of responsibility. 
  • Conduct regular floor walks to maintain visibility and accessibility. 
  • Support in handling walk-in queries and urgent issues, escalating emergency cases to relevant people or departments as appropriate. 
  • Maintain daily shift reports and support routine documentation needs. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks and operational reports. 

Facilities & Workplace Upkeep 

  • Monitor and report faults, damages, and upkeep needs in office and common areas. 
  • Support microclimate-related needs (e.g., temperature, ventilation reporting). 

Employee Transport & Accommodation 

  • Act as a liaison with transport providers to coordinate employee transport needs. 
  • Support new employees’ queries related to accommodation and airport/hotel coordination. 

Collaboration & Escalation 

  • Cooperate with other operational teams (e.g., Scheduling, Shift Administrators, OOM, HR, Facilities, etc.) to ensure seamless processes. 
  • Escalate complex or critical cases to the appropriate team or management level.
