Role Summary
PiP is hiring a Copy & Ghostwriter to own narrative, voice, and editorial output across the PiP platform. You’ll produce crisp short-form copy (product surfaces, social captions, announcements, emails) and high-signal long-form pieces (thought leadership, explainers, founder POVs, product deep dives). You’ll interview internal SMEs, shape ideas into clear arguments, and use AI tools responsibly for drafting/variants—while you remain the final editor for clarity, accuracy, and tone. Success = fast, consistent output that is easy to share, easy to understand, and moves core metrics (CTR, CVR, engagement, time-on-page).

  • Predictable weekly output across short + long-form
  • Performance: rising CTR/CVR, stronger engagement and read-through
  • A documented voice guide; low revision cycles
  • Scheduled executive ghostwriting delivered with measurable reach

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the PiP voice; maintain a concise style/voice guide
  • Write/edit short-form copy for product, social, and announcements
  • Produce long-form articles: explainers (agents, Swarm Box, simulated sandbox), POV essays, updates
  • Ghostwrite executive content (LinkedIn/Twitter posts, op-eds, internal memos)
  • Build a living copy bank (hooks, headers, CTAs, FAQs, one-liners)
  • Script captions and end-cards for short video with Creative
  • Maintain an editorial calendar; track status, deadlines, post-mortems
  • Measure outcomes with Growth; iterate from data
  • Ensure clear disclaimers and responsible comm
