Job Overview
- Provide oversight and leadership to the ETS team, ensuring all shifts are covered as required and procedures are being executed to an impeccable standard
- Be an exemplary corporate citizen, embodying Exinity’s ethos and brand values both internally and externally
- Processing of adjustments to clients trading accounts to reflect corporate actions, dividends and futures expiries
- Reconciliation of PB & LP positions
- Ensure trading session times on client trading terminals align with market holidays
- Maintain trading platform markets config across all SBUs & tech stacks
- Test new products ahead of launch
- Manage market data agreements with exchanges and API clients
- First line of service for institutional clients
o Execution/connectivity queries
o Provide clients with high quality, timely updates regarding daily swaps, dividends, market holidays and corporate actions
