Reporting to the Team Lead /Senior– Relationship Manager.
As a Relationship Manager, you will focus on onboarding new clients and be involved in the growth of these accounts by employing a value-based relationship approach. You will work in a team comprising culturally diverse professionals with different skill sets who support each other in delivering impactful results.
You will:
Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
Activate, retain and grow your customer portfolio through providing personalized voice & social media support and fulfilling their needs.
Develop a professional and trusting relationship with your active portfolio of clients, keeping them up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
Research sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customers' potential.
Prepare and enable efficient sales activities with available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
Listen to customers and offer the best solutions to their needs and concerns.
Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.
Continuously improve knowledge of the financial markets and the company’s offering.
Updating individual/team daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management when required.

Stay abreast of global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events that can affect forex markets.
