The GenAI Product Lead, EMAP will shape and execute Experian EMAP's AI‑enhanced product strategy across the Ascend and Fraud portfolios. This role is accountable for the commercial success of the GenAI portfolio across EMAP, including revenue growth, monetization strategy, and market adoption. You will operate as a "mini‑GM", owning both product direction and business outcomes, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
This is a specialist role in the EMAP Product Management team. You will focus on embedding Generative AI capabilities into core products, reimagining customer propositions, accelerating innovation and converting innovation into scalable, revenue-generating offerings, and driving adoption across diverse EMAP markets.
Operating horizontally across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Client Delivery, and Market Product teams, you will act as a bridge between global GenAI strategy, regional priorities, and market execution.
What You'll Do:
GenAI Product Strategy & Direction
- Own the regional GenAI product strategy and roadmap for EMAP across Ascend and Fraud
- Own the commercial performance of the GenAI portfolio, including revenue growth, margins, and business case delivery
- Translate GenAI capabilities into clear customer value propositions and monetizable offerings
Product Discovery & Productization
- Lead discovery of high‑impact GenAI opportunities across customer journeys and internal product workflows.
- Define use cases with clear value hypotheses, success measures, and risk considerations.
- Drive productization of GenAI capabilities into market-ready, revenue-generating products
- Ensure solutions are designed for repeatability, supportability, and regional scale, rather than bespoke delivery
- Ensure clear linkage between product features and monetization models
Scaling & Adoption Across EMAP
- Work with markets and regional functions to scale GenAI use cases across EMAP, with primary focus on customer‑facing innovation and considering productivity enablement where it supports product outcomes
- Define how GenAI capabilities will be adopted, measured, and evolved over time across markets
- Drive adoption in close partnership with Sales and GTM teams, supporting strategic deals and client engagement
- Track outcomes including adoption, productivity gains, customer impact, revenue impact and product differentiation.
Embedding GenAI into Core Platforms
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to embed GenAI capabilities into existing Ascend and Fraud products, rather than standalone tools
- Ensure GenAI features are explainable and auditable by design; aligned to Experian's product operating model and naturally integrated into customer and analyst workflows
Cross‑Functional & GTM Collaboration
- Act as a senior product partner across Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Client Delivery, Market Product, and regional GTM teams
- Lead collaboration with GTM and Sales to define value propositions, pricing inputs, and commercial messaging
- Actively support deal shaping, client conversations, and strategic sales opportunities where GenAI capabilities are a differentiator
- Commercial impact assessment
- Influence prioritization and solution design through strong product judgement, evidence‑based trade‑offs, and clear articulation of customer and commercial value
Governance, Risk & Responsible AI
- Work closely with regional and global AI technology teams to ensure GenAI governance, controls, and guardrails are embedded into product design and delivery
- Ensure GenAI product capabilities align with product development and risk frameworks
Client Co‑Creation & Ecosystem Engagement
- Co‑create GenAI capabilities with selected clients to validate value, usability, and adoption.
- Partner with global technology and AI platform teams to leverage external GenAI providers where appropriate, in line with Experian standards and governance
