Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial

As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll be a trusted adviser to the business, leading negotiations on significant, high-value client contracts and helping shape how legal services are delivered through our innovative Legal-as-a-Product approach. You'll partner with senior partners to support strategic growth, transformation programs and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Work that matters - What you'll do

• Lead and manage complex, high-value commercial agreements for important clients and business opportunities.
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, driving transactions through to successful execution while balancing legal and commercial risk.
• Draft, review and negotiate technology, data, software licensing, services and framework agreements.
• Optimise contracting processes, templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support business transformation programs, including M&A integration activities and legal service development.
