Project Manager
Job Overview
About the role:
At Enfuce, we do more than provide a platform, we deliver the industry-leading products and deep issuing expertise that allow global brands to reimagine what’s possible in card payments. You won’t just be implementing architecture; you’ll be launching innovative, scalable payment solutions backed by a team that truly understands the nuances of the global financial landscape. As a Project Manager, you are the architect of the customer’s first experience with us, turning complex issuing requirements into a seamless market reality.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic Delivery & Orchestration:
End-to-End Ownership: Lead high-stakes customer onboarding projects, ensuring alignment on technical, regulatory, and delivery requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the "glue" between internal technical, compliance, and operational teams to ensure a unified and efficient execution.
Project Planning & Foresight: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing milestones and dependencies to ensure both the customer and Enfuce proactively meet the target completion date.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive high-impact internal projects from end-to-end, coordinating between technical and product teams on critical initiatives like Click to Pay certification and infrastructure migrations to support business growth.
Relationship & Customer Management:
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, proactively communicating progress and navigating challenges with transparency.
Expectation Alignment: Expertly manage project scope and customer expectations to prevent "creep" while ensuring the solution meets specific business needs.
Growth & Continuous Improvement:
Process Documentation: Capture customer-specific configurations and key decisions to ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success team.
Opportunity Identification: Recognize where additional Enfuce features or services could benefit the customer and collaborate with sales/product teams to deliver that value.
What you'll bring:
You have a proven track record (3+ years) in Project Management, ideally within Issuer Processing from a previous processor or BIN Sponsor.
You don't need to be a tech-guru, but you are comfortable discussing APIs, regulatory and card issuing standards, and understand technical architectures.
You excel at managing multiple high-priority stakeholders and can turn "project friction" into "problem-solved", by taking ownership and being highly accountable.
You are comfortable operating across business, product, technology, and compliance functions, and know how to align them toward a shared outcome.
You love a good Gantt chart but have the agility to pivot when a customer’s requirements shift.
Why You’ll Love Working At Enfuce:
High autonomy & ownership: We give you the freedom to own your work and trust you to make the best decisions for your projects.
Top-tier talent: Join a team of industry experts and highly skilled professionals who are as passionate as you are about innovation.
Unlimited growth potential: We support your ambition with plenty of room for personal and professional growth within the company.
Flexible, remote work: Work from anywhere up to 30 days, in an environment that values flexibility and work-life balance.
A supportive culture: You’ll be part of a team that encourages, motivates, and celebrates success together.
Comprehensive benefits package: We take care of our people with great benefits to match the value you bring.
Benefits & Perks:
Fair pay and employee stock option:
We value the input of every employee and want you to tap into the growth we build together. That’s why our salaries are competitive and reassessed regularly, and you have access to an employee stock option program.
Flexible Paid Time Off:
We offer a flexible paid time off policy, providing up to 5 weeks of annual vacation days and paid family leave (subject to country regulations). Additionally, you can benefit from hybrid or remote work options, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Regular Fun With Your Team:
To spend other than work-related time with your teammates, you get a team activity budget for three quarters a year. The fourth quarter is reserved for a company-wide event.
Individual Learning Budget:
You get a yearly learning budget to use for courses and other relevant learning opportunities that help you develop your skills.
