Head of Digital Marketing - Forex / FX Trading

Job Overview

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead global, performance-driven digital marketing initiatives within a Forex / FX trading environment. This is a senior, data-centric role responsible for owning the end-to-end digital acquisition strategy, translating complex performance data into scalable growth, and driving high-quality lead generation across multiple regulated markets.

⚠️ This role is strictly intended for candidates with proven, hands-on experience in Forex / FX or online trading.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, SEO, and retargeting

  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic networks

  • Build and scale a lead generation and client acquisition framework using segmentation, funnel optimisation, and performance analytics

  • Translate commercial and growth objectives into measurable digital strategies

  • Drive a data-first marketing culture, integrating digital analytics with business intelligence

  • Design, manage, and optimise multi-touch attribution models

  • Partner with IT and analytics teams to enhance reporting, dashboards, and decision-making tools

  • Lead global campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, lead quality, compliance, and scalability

  • Manage and challenge external media agencies to ensure performance and strategic alignment

  • Continuously improve results through testing of creatives, landing pages, audiences, and channel mix

  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product/IT, Compliance, Country Managers, and regional marketing teams

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1+), written and spoken

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing

  • At least 2 years in a strategic, end-to-end paid media leadership role

  • Mandatory experience in Forex / FX trading or online financial trading environments

  • Proven track record of data-driven lead generation within regulated financial services

  • Advanced expertise in multi-channel attribution, funnel analytics, and media mix modelling

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager

  • Experience working with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large media budgets with clear ROI accountability

  • Highly analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness

  • Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
