This is a strategic, newly created role pivotal to Kepler Cheuvreux’s expansion of its derivatives presence and the shaping of our U.S. execution platform.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our growing derivatives business in our New York office.
YOUR ROLE:
As the Senior Execution Broker, you will be primarily responsible for the execution, coordination, and smooth handover of derivatives flow (Equity Options, Futures, and Options) for our institutional clientele.
- Execution Management: utilize strong execution knowledge to ensure fast and effective handling of complex derivative orders (equity options, futures) while securing best execution and liquidity for institutional clients.
- Transatlantic Coordination: manage the seamless handover of order flow from our European desks as markets transition toward the New York close.
- Bridge Function: serve as a critical communication bridge between our European and U.S. offices, ensuring consistent execution coverage across time zones.
- Client Engagement : ideally, bring or develop client relationships to actively grow Kepler Cheuvreux's derivatives business in the U.S.
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:
- 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in equity options, futures, and options execution for institutional clients.
- Deep expertise in execution strategies, market microstructure for derivatives, and order flow management.
- Must hold the Series 7, 63, and 3 licenses.
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. equities is essential along with knowledge of European Markets, ADRs, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and other securities products.
- Experienced with order management systems, such as TT, CME, Fidessa, SS&C and Itiviti (Broadbridge) products.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills.
- A team player who is client-focused, service-oriented and driven.
- Solid understanding of the needs of institutional clients.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
