Contract Manager
Job Overview
Contract Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: Competitive in industry
Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to manage a nationwide key account in the logistics industry. You will take charge of a multi-site contract and be the vital link between our client and our operational teams — making sure our fire alarm service, inspection, and installation contracts run like clockwork.
This isn’t a desk-based account management role. You’ll be out meeting clients, solving problems, making things happen, and ensuring every SLA and KPI is hit — if not exceeded.
What you’ll be doing
Own the full lifecycle of major service contracts — from mobilisation to delivery and renewals.
Build trusted, long-term partnership with a key client.
Oversee planning, service, and operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve issues quickly, and identify improvement opportunities.
Support technical teams on-site and ensure compliance with BS5839 and relevant standards.
Attend client meetings across the UK — typically 1–2 days per week of travel.
What we’re looking for
You might already be a Contract Manager or Key Account Manager — or perhaps a Service Manager ready to take the next step. You’ll have:
Knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS5839 standards.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude.
Confidence in managing high-value contracts and stakeholders.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed.
What Trinity Offers
Competitive base salary.
23 days’ holiday, increasing with service, plus bank holidays.
Company vehicle.
Employee Discount Programme – savings across 800+ retailers.
Pension via Royal London, Life Assurance, and Employee Assistance Programme.
Referral bonus of up to £2,000.
Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
Equal Opportunities in Practice
We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
Security Vetting
It is an industry requirement that successful candidates undergo security vetting. Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory vetting and may be withdrawn if the required standards are not met.
