This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of B2B sales, gain hands-on experience with some of the world's top startups and corporations, and develop into a high-performing sales professional.

In this role, you'll support our existing customers while also managing your own growing book of new business. You'll help companies discover the power of swag, providing top-notch service and leveraging our technology to make branded merchandise management seamless. A key part of this role will be becoming a SwagUp platform expert—you’ll guide customers through the ordering process, demo the platform, and troubleshoot any issues when they get stuck or errors occur.

What You’ll Do:

  • Become a SwagUp platform pro.

  • Guide customers through the ordering process, provide live demos, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Manage inbound leads and help convert them into long-term customers.

  • Facilitate new customers through the ordering process on the platform.

  • Oversee these new orders from post-invoice to Mission Complete.

  • Hand off customers with high potential to Account Management Teams for growth.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for swag solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, technology, and industry trends.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and Gong, and stay organized with follow-ups utilizing both email and phone.

  • Bring feedback to the Product team on how to optimize the user experience and ways to handle more volume by improving self-serve capabilities.

  • Be adaptable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and project management.

  • Experience with branded merchandise or similar industry.

  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with people.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to master the SwagUp platform to help customers navigate it effectively.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn from experienced sales professionals.

  • A problem solver with curiosity and a willingness to ask great questions.

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
