About the role

This is a pivotal, entrepreneurial role focused on transforming learning and skills intelligence at Faculty. You will spearhead the end-to-end implementation and launch of our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring it centralises learning, integrates with core systems, and delivers measurable Return on Investment (ROI) across the organisation. You will translate the business vision into a detailed delivery plan, drive firm-wide adoption, and define the future capabilities for AI-powered learning and skills development. This is a Fixed term contract for a minimum of 6 months.

What you'll be doing:

• Translating the LXP business case into a detailed delivery plan, RAID log, and benefits tracker, while maintaining project governance.

• Coordinating with Technology and Security teams to deliver critical system integrations (e.g., SSO/SCIM, HRIS sync) in line with data security and user experience standards.

• Auditing, migrating, and uplifting existing learning content with consistent standards, metadata, and quality assurance workflows.

• Leading Faculty-wide change management, enablement, and communications plans to ensure smooth platform adoption and engagement.

• Defining and implementing a clear compliance training framework, covering content creation, rollout, tracking, and renewal cycles.

• Creating manager and business unit dashboards to track key success metrics like compliance, skills progression, adoption, and platform ROI.

• Developing Faculty's initial skills taxonomy, mapping roles and proficiency levels, and planning future AI-powered learning capabilities

Who we’re looking for:

• You have a proven ability to lead complex technology implementations and manage multi-stakeholder projects to challenging deadlines.

• You possess a deep understanding of learning systems (preferably LXP/LMS), integrations, and data models.

• You are an effective leader and communicator, comfortable guiding both technical teams and senior, non-technical stakeholders.

• You have experience driving adoption and behavioural change during tech rollouts.

• You are competent in content design, metadata tagging, and implementing QA/approval workflows.

• You are skilled in designing dashboards, tracking success metrics, and translating data insights into actionable plans.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining rigour in configuration and documentation while managing multiple projects independently.
