Job Overview

Our community is filling up fast with new residents and we are seeking an additional Residential Care Coordinator to join our team! Competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage caregivers, including supervision, training, and performance evaluations
  • Assist with department schedules and hiring, ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • Ensure Department is Title XXII compliant at all times, maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure resident care is being done per assessment and documenting, regularly reviewing and updating care plans
  • Assist and manage resident emergencies, coordinating with medical professionals when necessary
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff members
  • Organize and lead resident care conferences
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to resident care
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for the care department
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in assisted living care
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
