Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst
Fastly’s Business Systems team is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst, GTM to support and scale our Go-To-Market organization. This role partners across Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, SDR, Account Management, and Channel teams to design, optimize, and operationalize the systems, processes, and data that power revenue generation.
This individual blends strategic thinking, systems expertise, and strong cross-functional partnership to translate GTM strategy into scalable technology solutions that drive productivity, data integrity, and revenue outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Partnership
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, SDR, Account Management, Channel, and Revenue Operations teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable systems and process solutions.
- Work closely with GTM leadership to align systems roadmaps with evolving go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by clearly communicating solution tradeoffs, risks, impacts, and expected outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for GTM platforms and processes, supporting both project initiatives and ongoing operations.
GTM Process Optimization & Automation
- Analyze end-to-end GTM workflows including lead management, opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, account planning, territory models, and partner processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, data gaps, and manual processes, and design scalable solutions to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Recommend and implement automation, integrations, and system enhancements that improve seller productivity and data quality.
- Partner with technical teams to operationalize system intelligence that supports pipeline accuracy, sales execution, and revenue predictability.
Product Ownership & Agile Execution
- Translate business needs into Solution Design Documents (SDDs), functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and manage a prioritized GTM systems backlog, balancing short-term business needs with long-term architectural scalability.
- Collaborate with program managers and engineering teams to define delivery plans, manage scope, and ensure on-time execution.
- Lead UAT planning, test script development, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality releases.
Data, Reporting & Intelligence Enablement
- Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure a consistent and reliable GTM data model across systems.
- Define reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements that enable leaders to monitor pipeline health, conversion, forecasting, and performance.
- Support initiatives that improve data governance, integrity, and alignment between systems of intelligence and systems of action.
Change Management & Adoption
- Drive enablement through documentation, training materials, and process guides for GTM tools and workflows.
- Support post-launch adoption and continuous optimization of delivered solutions.
- Collect stakeholder feedback and translate it into future enhancements aligned with GTM strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role supporting Sales, Marketing, or Revenue organizations in a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes including lead-to-opportunity, pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and partner/channel motions.
- Strong business analysis and process design skills with a track record of delivering scalable system solutions.
- Experience translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ or quoting tools, marketing automation platforms, and integration/automation tools (e.g., Workato or similar).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack Apps), sales enablement platforms, and GTM intelligence solutions.
- Experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Exposure to AI-driven GTM use cases and ability to evaluate where automation and intelligence can improve execution.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write intermediate queries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.

Fastly currently embraces a largely hybrid model for most roles which allows employees flexibility to split their time between the office and home.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $129,470.00 to $172,632.00.
Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role may be eligible to participate in Fastly’s equity and discretionary bonus programs.
