The Role
As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will support the Commercial Operations team by turning data into actionable insights, maintaining reports and dashboards, and helping streamline sales processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales organisation has the tools and information needed to succeed.
Principal Accountabilities
- Assist in maintaining and improving sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
- Support the creation and evolution of dashboards and KPIs for sales leaders.
- Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales data.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
- Contribute to projects such as territory mapping, quota tracking, and incentive analysis.
- Promote effective use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support adoption efforts.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
