Inbound Sales Consultant
Job Overview
The Inbound Sales Consultant is responsible for managing incoming calls from existing and new customers regarding their sales inquiries and orders. This role involves providing exceptional service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to navigate systems to assist customers effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers related to their sales inquiries and existing orders.
- Online Chat with potential customers through our live chat platform
- Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in File Maker.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and issue resolution.
- Continuous improvement of Product and Industry knowledge
PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALITIES
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
The Candidate:
Reporting to the Support Centre Manager while working with your team Leader the desired candidate will:
- Have had at least 1 year experience in a similar role
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Highly engaged and collaborative
- Basic Tyre Knowledge would be preferred
