๐ก About the role
We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing / Demand Generation to own and scale our global demand generation engine.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You'll be responsible for driving qualified pipeline through digital channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Google, and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). You'll build the systems, run the campaigns, and obsess over the metrics that tie marketing spend to revenue.
You'll be the first dedicated growth marketing hire, which means you'll shape how we do this from the ground up. You won't have a team to manage on day one, but you'll have access to contractors, agencies, and AI tools to scale your output. If you're the kind of marketer who moves fast, thinks in experiments, and gets energy from seeing pipeline numbers climb, this is your role.
We sell to enterprise buyers with longer sales cycles and higher ACVs. You'll need to understand how demand gen works in that context.

๐ What youโll do
Own global demand generation strategy and execution, with full accountability for pipeline contribution
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid channels
Build and execute our AEO strategy to capture AI-driven search traffic as buyer behaviour shifts
Develop demand creation programs (dark social, thought leadership, content distribution) alongside demand capture
Analyse performance across the funnel using HubSpot, GA4, and attribution tools, and translate data into clear recommendations
Optimise for ROI and pipeline efficiency, not vanity metrics
Work closely with sales to ensure leads convert and feedback loops are tight
Build repeatable systems and processes that scale globally
Leverage AI tools and work with contractors or agencies to extend your capacity
Partner with the broader marketing team on messaging, content, and customer insights

๐ฆ Skills and experience youโll bring
5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, with experience in enterprise or high-ACV sales cycles
Hands-on expertise running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, including budget management, audience targeting, and optimisation
Understanding of AEO and how AI-powered search is changing demand capture (or strong curiosity and willingness to figure it out)
Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable in HubSpot, GA4, and spreadsheets, and you make decisions based on data
Experience tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, not just leads
Ability to work autonomously, manage your own priorities, and move fast without waiting for permission
Comfort working with contractors, agencies, and AI tools to scale output
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams across time zones
Bonus points:
Experience with dark social, community-led growth, or thought leadership programs
Familiarity with ABM strategies for enterprise accounts
Background in research, product, or UX-adjacent industries
